The role of a Technical Systems Analyst is to design, implement, and oversee scalable and secure solutions within our Azure-based cloud infrastructure and enterprise information systems.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Microsoft Azure, modern information systems, and technical solution architecture, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and delivering innovative solutions while maintaining the performance and reliability of systems.
This position will act as a key liaison between the organization and Group ICT, driving alignment in technology strategies, policies, and implementations, while delivering innovative solutions that meet both local and group-wide objectives.
Azure Cloud Solutions Design and Management
- Architect, deploy, and manage cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure to meet organizational needs.
- Optimize Azure resources to ensure cost efficiency, performance, and scalability.
- Implement and oversee security practices for Azure cloud services, including identity and access management (IAM).
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery configurations for critical systems.
- Manage server migrations to Azure cloud from business acquisitions.
Enterprise Information Systems Management
- Oversee the design, integration, and maintenance of enterprise information systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Collaborate with business units to analyze system requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Lead system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
- Manage system performance monitoring, capacity planning, and troubleshooting.
Technical Leadership
- Serve as a technical advisor to teams and stakeholders, providing expertise on Azure and information systems.
- Define technical standards and best practices for system development and operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
- Work closely with vendors and external partners to align solutions with business needs.
Project Management and Collaboration
- Manage end-to-end technical projects, from planning and design to implementation and support.
- Develop project roadmaps, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with organizational objectives.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
Experience Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Active Directory, Virtual Machines, Networking, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with enterprise systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong knowledge of system integration, API management, and data governance.
- Expertise in automation tools, scripting (PowerShell, Python), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and IT service management (ITSM) tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
