Installation Delivery

• Lead and manage the Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC installation workforce for assigned buildings, typically overseeing 60+ operatives.
• Ensure all construction activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements, drawings, and specifications.
• Manage daily site engineering activities, ensuring safe systems of work are implemented and adhered to.

Health, Safety & Nuclear Compliance

• Provide strong HSE leadership and promote a positive, compliant safety culture across all construction phases.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety rules, nuclear safety principles, and site licence conditions are fully implemented.
• Ensure all construction activities meet CDM and regulatory requirements.

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead, motivate, and support the building construction team using best‑practice methods.
• Manage interfaces between partners, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure coordinated building delivery.
• Promote good industrial relations and address issues promptly and professionally.

Engineering & Technical Oversight

• Review engineering design deliverables, procedures, and RAMS to ensure constructability and compliance.
• Ensure Management of Change (MoC) processes are followed, with changes identified, justified, and issued promptly.
• Support early implementation of Completions, working closely with Completions Leads.

Reporting & Performance Management

• Ensure weekly and monthly progress reports for the building scope are produced and submitted to the Area Manager in line with the reporting calendar.
• Monitor productivity, ensuring reviews are completed and performance data is available.
• Track progress against schedule, budget, and quality targets, escalating issues where necessary.
