Job Description

Due to internal promotions, a Personnel Logistics and training coordinator is required for the busy Altrad regional office in Norwich.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to develop their skills in a critical office supporting a global organisation.

Roles and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be supporting the business unit with the following duties but restricted to:

  • Coordinating offshore personnel mobilisations
  • Processing travel and accommodation bookings
  • Performing needs assessment to identify training required to ensure compliance
  • Coordinating training courses
  • Coordinating medical and occupational health assessments  
  • Supporting the Operations management team with work cycle rotas and coordination activities 
Experience Required
  • Previous experience in the Offshore industry is advantageous but not essential  
  • Good communication skills / telephone manner 
  • Ability to work in a busy environment
  • Ability to multi-task and willing to learn
  • Flexible attitude to work
  • Knowledge of IT Programs and software
