Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for a Reporting Lead to join our Sizewell C Project.

As the Reporting Lead on Sizewell, you will be responsible for the Design, build, data collation, transformation and analytics capability at Sizewell.

You will also ensure delivery of the necessary high quality information reports required by the project and its partners.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the continuous development, maintenance, and continuous advancement of the BI layer against the Security Strategies, Policies and Standards, ensuring all documentation is produced and managed in-line with NNB and nuclear legislative compliance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relevant metrics and performance indicators to allow provision of regular performance updates of the security function activities and effects; as well as wider project wide security related performance, to the senior leadership team.
  • Testing and validation of new and modified data sets and reports created to ensure that that they provide accurate and robust data to enable to project to make strategic and operation decisions with confidence. 
  • Ability to lead technical discussions around data integrations and broader architecture
  • Makes strategic recommendations on data collection, integration and retention requirements incorporating optimized business requirements and knowledge of best practices.

  • Management of, and clear concise communication to, stakeholders and essential professional supporting relationships.
  • Strong documentation development and writing skills. Post holder must have excellent oral communication skills, always communicating with Influence, and must be a capable and confident presenter of briefings, and security awareness and training.
  • 5 years’ experience as a business intelligence analyst/ developer or similar related role 
  • Experience with SQL Management Server, SSRS, SSIS and other related systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure stack and related technology such as ADF, Logic Apps, Data Lake,  Data Bricks, Power Query etc or similar systems from other technical stacks.
  • ETL Related experience using SSIS, ADF or similar products to undertake complex integrations
  • Understanding of GDPR and good practice of complex data management
