Job Description

At Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics, our clients have complex assets situated in some of the most challenging environments including the Nuclear Industry where we provide decommissioning support to major sites including Sellafield. 

Key responsibilities

  • Safety of people and the environment.
  • Ensuring the Project Team adhere to the Procedures & Work Instructions for Document Control.
  • Continuous Improvement tools and techniques are deployed to improve efficiency and effectiveness for both Altrad and the Client.
  • Responsible for the tracking and auditing of project documentation.
  • Evaluate audit reports and provide feedback to the Quality Manager concerning results and actions required for continuous quality improvement.
  • To support quality requirements across operational delivery.
  • To provide Project Admin support when required by the Management.
  • Administration of all technical and non-technical documents in and out of the QA office.
  • Maintain the full flow / control of documents as per ISO requirements.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly and weekly reports.
  • Project Document preparation, creation of files, and information retrieval while maintaining the accuracy and traceability of documents at each stage.


  • Knowledge / Experience of ISO9001 & 14001 Standards
  • QA/QC Department administration
  • Knowledge / Experience of Internal Audits and Third party audits
  • Knowledge / Experience of Supplier Audits
