Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our newly established Inside Sales Team! The Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM) will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships through the effective use of our digital and phone based interactions. Reporting to the Inside Sales Area Manager, your activities will primarily be focused on creating, maintaining, and growing the customer base.

What the role involves

  • Develop business and relationships with existing accounts to enhance company position in the market
  • Grow the number of engaged customers within an allocated territory
  • Work together to achieve the marketing objectives in line with the Company's target

Qualifications needed to apply:

  • Proven selling experience with visible results
  • Trade/technical background is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent telephone manner and an ability to build rapport quickly over the telephone
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to relay information at all levels within the organisation
  • Self-driven, proactive attitude and highly motivated to achieve results
  • Ability to learn new ideas/products and implement quickly
  • Ability to work with other team members to grow the business
  • Support the increasing competency of our solutions via other sales teams
  • Ability to proactively drive the working relationship with internal and external team members
