What will you do?

You will join our Built Environment service group in Wellington where you will play an integral part in ‘bringing ideas to life’ for our range of national clients.  Working at the cutting edge of the building services space, your strong technical background and digital modelling skills will allow you to design and deliver innovative and practical engineering solutions.  All whilst your passion and drive will allow you to grow and champion this skillset by collaborating with experts in other offices and coaching and mentoring early career engineers. 

We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Examples of projects include the The Parliamentary Services Redevelopment, Wakefield Hospital Redevelopment and the Shelly Bay Residential Development. #

On joining us here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.  

  • Have a passion for working on innovative, energy efficient and sustainable projects 
  • Apply your project engineering management experience to the projects you work alongside others to deliver 
  • Focus on and be competent in undertaking engineering design within a building services environment, including the use of appropriate software modelling tools and the preparation of reports 
  • Have a strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand Engineering Standards & Codes of Practice 
  • Enjoy collaborating with clients and colleagues alike to achieve industry leading project outcomes.

What can you bring to the team? 

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone who actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future.  You’ll have a relevant electrical qualification and between 3 and 8 years of experience in the field of building services, but just as importantly you recognise that collaboration and engagement with all stakeholders is crucial to achieving best outcomes in all that you do.
